In the current regulatory environment, providing the adequate balance between capital management, profitability and expectations of the shareholders for adequate return on their investments will be а challenging goal.
Having in mind continuing increase of the market price of the shares, putting Komercijalna Banka among most traded shares in the Macedonia Stock Exchange, as well as a most important share in the MBI10 index is a challenge for the Management and shareholders of the Bank. This strategy aims to ensure compliance with new capital requirements while maximizing profitability through acceptable risk management practices.

Facing the continuous pressure of changing regulations in different areas of activities Komercijalna Banka is in constant adjustment of its systems and policies in order to be fully compliant.
