In the bank's strategy, we are focused on the profile of IT-literate users. We introduced Google Pay among the first banks on the market. And in the context of the development of cashless payments, we were the first to issue the DINA Contactless card, The National Payment Card of the Republic of Serbia for the payment of goods and services, as well as for cash withdrawals. This is the direction forward – innovation and digital transformation – users are digitally literate and demand more, measure effects and expect a personal approach. The personal approach is no longer personalization in addressing within the user base, but a need-adapted approach, speed of response and adaptability of the service in order to address their specific needs. With a focus on the personal – energy, time and money – clients require practicality in the day-to-day management of their finances. The speed at which processes change and adapt has become a measure of success and quality. Banks, as traditional and conservative institutions, are certainly facing digital transformation and changes that fundamentally change the postulates of business.

Alta bank's vision for 2025 includes further development of the business network by opening new branches, strengthening the communities in which we operate. As a domestic bank, based on the principles of ESG as business standards for years to come, including the environmental, social and management component, we are aware of our role in supporting the green transition.
The economy and society transformation through the financing of green projects is the responsibility of the bank. Reducing CO2 emission, using energy from renewable or own sources, as well as waste management are already standard today. The key challenge for successful implementation is the regulatory framework and set of measures, education in order to fully support the culture of sustainable business in all segments of society.
Regarding sustainable financing, ALTA Bank is actively working on the implementation of ESG standards in its business models, and we have dedicated 2024 to the development of a credit line for financing green projects. Sustainable financing is the basis for long-term economic growth. We aim to position ALTA Bank as one of the leaders in this market segment. It is an investment in the future and generations to come.
This year, we were proud and pleased to support young athletes from Serbia and the region. At the moment, we have more than 20 sports associations and clubs that we have sponsored, and I would definitely single out BC Crvena Zvezda, FC Vojvodina, phenomenal young fighters from Jiu-Jitsu club "Naito" from Smederevo, who are at the Balkan Championship in Romania, in September of this year, won as many as 5 gold and 1 silver medal. We also support the well-received regional project of the Youth Sports Games, in which approximately 330,000 children, young karting drivers in the Ada Karting Club participated this year, and numerous others. We also sponsor cultural events and institutions, such as the Nishville Festival and the Kolarac's endowment.

Exactly because of the aforementioned ALTA bank is the fastest growing financial institution in the market. We recorded growth in all segments this year – growth of assets, growth of realized deposits and growth of realized loans. Deposits and deposited savings are one of the indicators of trust that we have been shown. The amount of total deposits are increased by 67% this year, while deposits of the population increased by 33% this year, the term savings of the population increased by as much as 93%, putting the emphasis on savings in the local currency. The growth of transactional deposits increased by as much as 24%.
Development and improvement of operations and business results of ALTA Bank and ALTA Group is a further strategic commitment, both for me personally, for the Board of Directors, and for the successful team of professionals who, from the positions of the Executive Board and executive directors, manage daily business.
The acquisition process of Addiko Bank certainly marked 2024, and for us represents a strategic decision and a desire for regional expansion of the ALTA Group. It represents a long-term investment horizon of importance for all stakeholders.
